Task
Task List
Make lists of things you need to do, people to call back, rental open house to prepare, people to call back, or anything else. There's nothing more satisfying than finishing something. When you've completed a task, just check a box and the task is marked Done!
You can specify due time and recurrence for each task. You can also choose to be notified via email or sms text messages when due time arrives. Never forget a task again!
Inquiries
View and respond to inquiries submitted by prospective tenants. Inquiries are submitted from rental unit web site. If you choose to, our system will optionally include your contact information and password to gain access to online application page.
Requests
Track and manage maintenance request associated with your rental units. Request can be submitted by you or by your tenants from the tenant login page.
Applications
Review applications that are submitted online via rental unit web site(see below). Our system will automatically calculate income to rent ratio and other metrics to assist you in measuring applicants' qualification. It will also allow you to track each application and keep notes regarding your decision.
Tenant
Track and manage your tenants, leases, and invoices associate with the leases. It takes just minutes to enter all the information. You can even automatically import tenant information from online application form.
The invoices created by you or automatically generated by the lease will act as payment reminder. Never forget who has paid or when.
Relax knowing your data is safe, in one place, and accessible anywhere. All sensitive tenant information are stored protected and encrypted.
Finance
Track all your financial information, including income & expense, invoices, and schedule E reports. Simply record your transactions in general ledger, TenantHost's system will handle the rest. You can easily track and measure real estate investments' performance by using our self-generated financial reports.
General Ledger
Record and track your financial transaction in general ledger. You can categorize each transaction accordingly and it will be updated in the financial report, balance sheet, and schedule E. Optionally, you can upload image of your receipt and attached it to the transaction as back up.
Contact
Store all your real estate/property management related contact information in the Contact section. Balance your life and keep your property management contact and your personal contact separate. You will be able to access it from anywhere, whether you are traveling or away from your address book.
Unit Web Page
Market your property with TenantHost's web page! Every rental unit comes with its own unit web page. Although we only offer one design at the moment, more designer templates will come soon.
All TenantHost rental unit web site provides a clean, professional interface that will elegantly display your rental unit's photos and/or video as well as list of amenities and point of interests. An ajax map is also provided for prospective tenant to view areas around the rental unit and search nearby point of interests.
From within the unit web page prospective tenants can contact landlord/property manager about the rental unit, find other rental units within the same property, and apply for the rental unit online.

TenantHost Community is a place for you to meet other people who own or manage rental properties. It is a place for you to share ideas, get advice and talk about things that are important to you.
